We aim to make every delivery as smooth as possible. Below are our guidelines for shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Timelines
Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method at checkout. You’ll receive tracking info once your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International delivery options are under review for future releases.
Return Eligibility
We review returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring a great customer experience. Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned in their original condition and packaging. The puzzle must remain unopened in its original sealed plastic bag. If you need assistance with a recent purchase, please contact us at help@cinemapuzzles.com.Please note that monthly Puzzle Club items are non-returnable.

Return Process
- Contact us to submit a return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Missing or Damaged Pieces
If your puzzle arrives incomplete or damaged, contact support@cinemapuzzles.com within 14 days and we will replace the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened puzzles, used products, or digital gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
